ABOUT ME

My name is Gaby Reyes, and I am the proud creator of Gabyz.Prepz. I am 25 years old and passionate about health, nutrition, and helping others. Growing up, I struggled with my weight, and during my senior year of high school, I decided to embark on a fitness journey to take control of my health.

 

However, during this journey, I became overly focused on the nutritional details of everything I consumed, which ultimately led to an unhealthy relationship with food and the development of a binge eating disorder. This experience shaped my perspective on health and nutrition and inspired the mission behind Gabyz.Prepz.

 

My goal is to help people cultivate a positive and sustainable relationship with food while fueling their bodies with the nutrients they need. I want to show others that eating healthy can be enjoyable and fulfilling, without the pressure of strict diets or obsessive calorie counting.
